Which Rights control access to the Roster Schedule?
See which Rights control reading, editing and administering the roster, and how Own, Sites and All levels decide which staff, clients and shifts are visible.
Key Points
The Roster is available to all users from the left-hand menu, but what they can see in it is controlled by Rights. By default, staff with a linked staff record can see only their own shifts.
The globe-roster right is required to access any Roster functionality.
Other roster Rights are grouped into Read (such as roster_read_all and roster_read_site), Edit (such as roster_update_all and roster_editshift_own), Admin (roster_admin and roster_manage_costs) and Import (massadd_roster and roster_importer).
Own, Sites and All permission levels control which staff, clients and shifts each user can see on the Roster.
