What is FlowPoint and what can participants do in it?
FlowPoint is the client portal where participants and families see their roster, documents, messages and more.
Key Points
FlowPoint is FlowLogic's client portal. Participants, and the family members or guardians who support them, use it to see information you share from FlowLogic.
FlowPoint is made of tiles, such as My Roster, My Agreements, My Funding and My Team. Your organisation chooses which tiles to show, and FlowLogic Support sets them up.
Each participant has one FlowPoint login. Family members use the participant's login.
Participants can view information, sign documents and send feedback. They can't upload files or change your FlowLogic records.
FlowPoint doesn't send notifications to participants.
What participants can see
FlowPoint is made up of tiles. Your organisation chooses which tiles to show, and each tile can be added, removed or customised, so your FlowPoint may not have all of these.
Roster, appointments and team
My Roster: upcoming shifts with the participant, showing each worker's first name, their photo if there's one in FlowLogic, and the shift details. Only published shifts show. This is popular in SIL houses, where participants like to know who's coming on next.
My Appointments: appointments created for the participant in FlowLogic, so they can see their support workers know about them.
My Team: the staff who support them, with a short bio, interests and skills.
My Star Staff: the support workers allocated to them. Participants can rate each worker out of 5 and send the feedback to your organisation.
Documents and funding
My Agreements (or My Documents, or My Agreements & Documents): service agreements, participation forms and other documents you share. Participants can view them, sign them and send them back to you.
Welcome Packs: welcome packs and any other documents you'd like participants to see.
My Funding: their funding allocation, how much has been spent and how much is left, with a graph of spent against remaining.
My Banking Transactions: money spent for the participant during a shift, which works like petty cash. Staff record each transaction, and can add a receipt, in a Form in FlowLogic, and the participant sees them here.
Messages, news and activities
My Communication Book: messages and notes you choose to share with the participant. Only records with their FlowPoint option ticked show.
News & Events: upcoming events and announcements from your organisation.
Group Activities: upcoming group activities, so you can advertise them and see who's interested.
My Photos and Videos: photos and videos taken during a shift or group activity, all in one place for the participant. Staff add them in FlowLogic. Participants can't add their own.
Goals, feedback and wellbeing
My Goals: the goals recorded on the participant's client profile in FlowLogic.
Rate My Service: feedback about their staff or your organisation, and the quality of the service they get.
My Feedback: general feedback, such as concerns, complaints or compliments.
Happiness Check: a simple wellbeing check. It gives your organisation an overview of how the participant is going and whether they might need more support.
Where ratings and feedback arrive
Ratings and feedback that participants send from FlowPoint stay in FlowPoint. Staff can see them in the FlowPoint admin view under Go to submissions. Each submission is also emailed to your organisation's FlowPoint contact email address. If no contact email is set, nobody gets an email, so ask FlowLogic Support to check or set it. Submissions don't create a record or a notification in FlowLogic.
Each tile shows information from your FlowLogic Forms. You choose what's shared by ticking the FlowPoint option on records. See What shows on a participant's FlowPoint roster and messages?
Setting up FlowPoint
FlowLogic Support builds your FlowPoint tiles and branding. Contact Support to add a tile or show another Form on a tile.
