What do I need to connect DocuSign to FlowLogic?
Information on what is required for DocuSign configuration and what it can do in your system
Key Points
To connect DocuSign to FlowLogic, your DocuSign subscription must include API access. This is usually offered with a Business Pro account, but check with DocuSign that it meets your needs.
FlowLogic needs administrative access to your DocuSign account, or enough access to see the API key information, to configure the API connection.
The connection sends the PDF view of a FlowLogic record to DocuSign, with tags on editable or mandatory fields. Once everyone (up to 5 people) has completed it, the completed document and an electronic history receipt are saved back into the record's file upload fields.
Work starts once the scope of works is defined and the invoice is paid. FlowLogic's configuration may take a business day, then DocuSign's approval can take anywhere from 48 hours to 2 months.
Four fields work with DocuSign: Text Box, Radio List, On-Screen Signature and Upload Field.
