Summary of current API connections available for the FlowLogic system
FlowLogic has API connections to a number of external parties.
Please note that you will need to engage with the third party to have accounts/subscriptions that allow for connections - please feel free to contact us if you need further information
PRODA API
The PRODA API is a connection established with PRODA to help with claiming from the NDIS, including live updates from PRODA For accepted and rejected claims.
SSO for Microsoft
The SSO configuration for Microsoft allows logging into FlowLogic via a Microsoft account.
Financial software
We have API integrations for the following Financial software for syncing and exporting leave, timesheets and invoices for your financial software

Xero
DocuSign
This API connection allows you to send a record from FlowLogic to DocuSign for markups, signatures and responses to multiple people via a business DocuSign account.
Please contact us or DocuSign for the suitable subscription level with DocuSign as the subscription requires API access.

Currently we have API connections with the following providers

SMS functionality with the following systems:

SMS in roster shift - you can SMS a pre-built message or send your own from in the shift view, and either the active staff on shift or available staff on shift can receive SMS messages one by one with the updated message

SMS in bulk action tool - For existing staff/clients on their shift, you can send a shift summary so that they have the updated information in a single SMS

SMS in Automations - We can configure automations to offer an SMS option if we wish to send information based on timesheets, roster, etc to casual workers.

SMS in forms - The forms can send SMS directly in appropriate fields with a valid SMS number

SMS for 2FA - If desired, you can have an SMS of the 6 digit code if people do not use the 2FA authenticator app, or do not wish to receive via email.
Note: the SMS connection is one-way. It sends out to the SMS provider but won't return back into the system.
