What do I do if I can't sign in to the FlowLogic Workforce app?
What staff can check themselves, what admins should check, and when to contact Support.
Key Points
Staff sign in to the FlowLogic Workforce app with their FlowLogic URL, their FlowLogic username (not their email address) and their password.
After the first sign-in, staff use a six-digit PIN. Three wrong PINs and they need to sign in again in full.
Updating the app from the App Store or Google Play fixes most sign-in problems from recent versions.
If the app still won't let them in, staff can use FlowLogic in their phone's web browser while their admin checks their account.
Things staff can check
Update the app from the App Store or Google Play.
Check the FlowLogic URL. It's the address your organisation uses, such as yourorganisation.flowlogic.com.au. Tap Verify after entering it.
Use your username, not your email address. Check capital letters in your password.
Forgot your password? Tap Forgot Password? on the password screen.
No verification code? Check your junk folder, or choose to get the code by email or SMS instead.
Forgot your PIN? After three wrong attempts the app asks you to sign in again with your URL, username and password, then set a new PIN.
Location problems? Allow location for the FlowLogic app in your phone's settings.

Staff who work for two organisations
The app signs in to one organisation at a time. To switch, log out of the app, then sign in with the other organisation's URL and login.
Your PIN is tied to the organisation you set it up for. When you sign in to the other organisation, you'll set up a PIN for that login.
Things admins can check
The user account is Enabled, not blocked or deleted.
The user account is linked to the staff member's Staff Profile.
The user has at least one Group and Area.
The email address on the user account is right, because verification codes are sent there.
If needed, reset their password or 2FA from System Menu > Users. See How do I reset another user's password? and How do I reset a user's 2FA?
Never ask a staff member for their password. For security, FlowLogic Support doesn't reset staff passwords or 2FA on request, so this is done by your FlowLogic admin team.
When to contact FlowLogic Support
Contact Support if many staff can't sign in at the same time, or if a staff member still can't sign in after you've checked their account and they've updated the app.
