How do I suggest a new feature or vote on ideas?
Vote on ideas in Announcements (Ideas tab), email Support with new suggestions, and see the roadmap and what's new.
Key Points
Admins can see and vote on ideas for FlowLogic in Announcements (the bell icon at the top right of FlowLogic), on the Ideas tab.
If your idea isn't listed, email FlowLogic Support at support@flowlogic.com.au and we'll log it as a feature request for our product team.
The Roadmap tab shows what's planned, and the Announcements tab shows what's new.
We can't promise that a suggestion will be built or when. If we decide to work on it, we'll let you know.
Voting on an idea
Click the bell icon (Announcements) at the top right of FlowLogic. The Product updates panel opens.
Select the Ideas tab.
Find the idea you'd like and vote for it.
Voting helps our product team see which ideas matter most to customers. If you can't see the bell icon, ask your FlowLogic administrator.
Suggesting something new
If your idea isn't on the Ideas tab, email support@flowlogic.com.au with:
What you'd like FlowLogic to do.
Why it would help, and how your team works around it today.
Where in FlowLogic it applies, with a screenshot if that helps.
Check first whether FlowLogic can already do it. Search this help centre, or ask your FlowLogic administrator.
What happens next
Support logs your suggestion as a feature request.
Our product team reviews feature requests and ideas when planning new work.
If we decide to work on it, we'll get in touch. Planned work appears on the Roadmap tab.
Seeing what's new
New features and fixes are posted on the Announcements tab in the Product updates panel. Use Filter to narrow the list.
